Meet Me
NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT BUT IN A GOOD WAY, I THINK.
Originally from Jersey moving to Florida was always a Dream not sure how or when but the idea was always there. The moment I purchased my first home which happened to be a Duplex in New Jersey I knew that Real Estate was truly something special.
There is nothing like owning a piece of property the satisfaction to say, 'That's Mine!" is not comparable. In my case I had that feeling with the addition that a portion of my mortgage was being paid by a nice family I had rented to upstairs. So I had the home of my dreams and I had less expensive mortage than your average rent was anywhere in the Tristate. This was a secret I needed to share and I wanted to help everyone I know come to understand it.
the why
MY WHY ISN'T YOUR WHY
I decided renting wasn't for me as paying someone else to pay there own mortgage didn't make sense to me. So I looked into purchasing a home and if the numbers made sense I'd do it, they did and I went full force into it making sacrifices along the way to be able to buy the home I wanted or better said best suited my needs at the time.
If you're at this stage in your life than like me, you came to a crossroads of wanting or needing to buy a home. Whether it be for financial reasons, more space, your family or just wanting something of your own, make sure you remember the why during the process of purchasing a home. Why? It's not easy but no for the reasons you probably imagine.
the how
